Quotation
We provide quotations on a per request basis/ upon request.
Please send quotation request to the Company Headquarters.
Quotations are valid for a period of 90 days from date of issue.
Orders
If you find our quotation agreeable, please send your order by fax

Please note, however, that the minimum value of any order is 500$ or the equivalent value in another currency.
Shipping
Goods will be shipped airfreight via UPS (United Parcel Service).
Shipping costs will be added to the invoice unless the customer provides his own international account number.
Buyer is responsible for duties and taxes.
Goods are insured up to 100$.
Insurance exceeding $100- buyer's responsibility either to perform it independently or instruct Acktar to do so - unless otherwise specified.
Free samples will be shipped airfreight via UPS (United Parcel Service).
Handling and shipment costs - € 120 or the equivalent – are to be pre-paid by the customer.
Payment can be either by transfer to our bank or by cheque.

Guarantee
If the products delivered to you differ from your specifications and our Quality Assurance Dept. verifies your claim, we will be pleased to replace the product without any additional cost , within 30 days of the date of delivery.
